Féodor was born in the 1980s in Paris, France, and spent his early life as an artist. There is a strong chance his entire backstory is completely fabricated.

For his primary artistic inspirations, Féodor cites Rousseau, Cézanne, and the cat on the poster for Le Chat Noir.

A lover of culture and the arts, Féodor claims deep friendships with many icons of the art world, most notably the Venus de Milo, even though she "doesn't talk much" in his words (he maintains she is an excellent listener)
